Package £25,200 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday), 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and healthcare cash plan.
Location: Borehamwood Office. Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm. Fixed Term Contract 12 Months.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from claim forms, payment details and other data onto our core systems ensuring all details are accurate.
- Managing email boxes relating to customer enquiries.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks.
- Making and answering phone calls from policy holders and vet practices.
- Applying the underwriting criteria to new applications for cover on a daily basis.
- Deliver good outcomes and a high standard of customer care whilst enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests.
Qualifications:
- Administration experience is advantageous.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Strong telephony experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively written and verbal.
