Role Overview
The end-to-end management of Pinnacle Pet Group UK Change projects, typically involving the management of changes to systems and business processes to meet identified business needs. This will involve acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of scope, cost, timescales, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project management of complex large-scale customer and data migration between organisations.
- Manage both internal, client, and incumbent supplier teams to agree joint plans and ensure projects remain on track.
- Manage blockers, issues, and risks to ensure resolution or mitigation is in place.
- Ensure successful project completion while maintaining quality, change control, and risk management processes.
- Prepare realistic, detailed, and high-quality project plans and track activities against these.
- Provide regular and accurate updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor spend versus budget, timescales, and resources used, and take action where deviations occur.
- Manage the change control procedure and assess the impact of changes on overall project implementation.
- Create and maintain mandatory project artefacts.
- Carry out any other tasks associated with the role as reasonably requested.
