About Pinnacle: Pinnacle is a 30+ year old BIM service provider offering innovative BIM Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head.
  • Present Pinnacle Infotech to prospects and clients, explain the process and documentation, and understand expectations.
  • Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding; speak to clients regularly and relay feedback to the production team with a copy to COE.
  • Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and weekly review meetings.
  • Manage all assigned customer accounts in CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Make calls to customers for new opportunities.
  • Call the client after proposal submission to ensure scope is met and address questions.
  • Follow up to check proposal status and keep the estimation/BD team informed.
  • Obtain cross references and partner information from other trades.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional associations.
  • Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge gaps between client and production team.
  • Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections.
  • Support the production team to understand client requirements and execute projects successfully.
  • Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team.
  • Demonstrate pride and adhere to high standards and quality in work products and services.
