Proper Constructability and BIM (Building Information Modelling) knowledge,
Regular travelling throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for not only onboarding of New clients but also to nurture and work with the existing clients and grow the account. Managing all the assigned Customer accounts from CRM Tool i.e. Salesforce
Follow up to check the proposal status and keep the estimation/BD team informed.
Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
Support the production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully
Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
