About Us:
We’re a friendly, family-run business specialising in the manufacture of wire harnesses for a variety of industries. We take pride in our work, value our team, and maintain a supportive, hands-on working environment. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable Machine / Production Operator to join our production team.
The Role:
- Operating machinery to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires
- Assembling wire harnesses to customer specifications
- Working from technical drawings and work instructions
- Checking your work to maintain high quality standards
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, or wiring role is helpful, but not essential — full training provided
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay, reviewed annually
- Four-day work week (Monday~Thursday: 07:00~16:15) – 35 Hour week (possibility of flexible hours considered)
- Based in Rhosnesni area of Wrexham
