Pinnacle Group is seeking a Factory & Welfare Facilities Cleaner to join our Workplace Cleaning Team to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of 3 large units based in the North East. You will be based over 3 sites, the main site is Washington NE37, with coverage also for Sunderland SR5 / South Shields NE34. Access to own transport is essential for this role.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments. We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role, 35 hours per week with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday, 5.30am - 12.30pm. Whilst working on the temporary contract this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer it will then go to a monthly pay.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.
  • Cleaning kitchens & canteen, keeping all areas clean and clearing any waste bins.
  • Cleaning shower cubicles & toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
  • Recycling waste in the correct areas.

Key requirements will include:

  • Access to one's own vehicle is essential as you will be covering 3 sites.
  • Able to operate a ride-on machine - essential.
  • Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
  • Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
  • Immediate start.
