Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at two housing sites in Stoke. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, we encourage you to apply. The hours are 10am to 12pm, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week. The two sites are 3 miles apart so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be ideal.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
  • Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
  • Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
  • Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Key requirements:

  • Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience using cleaning machinery.
  • Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
