Pinnacle Group is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee housing management and support services at an Extra Care scheme in Shrewsbury. You will safeguard residents, manage tenancy and compliance tasks, and ensure high-quality service delivery on a day-to-day basis.
The role is site-based, full-time, with hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. You will lead site staff, coordinate with the client, and maintain safety and stakeholder relationships to support vulnerable residents in a safe environment.
