# Office & Facilities Cleaner## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Early Morning Office & Facilities Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace Cleaning Team at our client’s manufacturer site for building materials and construction systems based in Queensferry, Deeside – CH5.Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a Part time Role 22 1⁄2 hours per week – working Monday to Friday, 6.30 am - 11 am. \\* Transport advantage due to the location of the site, or you live locally. We’re a people-first organisation with a values-driven culture that has stood the test of time -reflected in the way we care for both our employees and our customers. **Who we’re looking for**We’re looking for someone who not only meets the key criteria below but also embraces our core values – Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge, and Deliver Excellence – and is committed to earning and maintaining the confidence of our clients and communities.**Key Responsibilities will include:**To handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, covering all aspects. * Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming* Cleaning toilet facilities & washrooms* Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas* Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas* Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.* Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements. **Key requirements will include:*** Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of the site* Good knowledge, experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.* Knowledge of COSHH, Chemicals, Coloured cloths and risk assessments.* Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage* Experience with working to tight schedules.* Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.**Our offer**We believe that diversity makes us stronger.
