Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Homes Division, delivering a £25m refurbishment and upgrade programme including conversion of properties into supported living accommodation. You will lead commercial management across a portfolio of capital investment projects, supporting budget development, cost control, procurement, valuations and reporting. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, challenge costs where necessary.
