Security Duty Manager – Deeside
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Security Duty Manager to join our B2B Soft FM Team at a prestigious site in Deeside, CH5. The role involves assisting the site manager with our Soft Services Contract, primarily managing the Security department while supporting other onsite operations such as cleaning and catering.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring financial controls and SLAs are met, managing people, and being the first point of contact for client queries in the absence of the Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage security staff rotas, including sickness absence and holidays
- Produce regular reports for the Contract Manager
- Ensure AIs & SOPs are current
- Oversee site inductions and training, maintaining records
- Audit soft services and report compliance
- Support the Contract Manager in system and procedure development
- Work flexibly, including weekends/evenings/nights as needed
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Badge – SG or DS Licence
- Valid UK Manual Driving License
- First Aid qualification
