Overview
We are looking for 2 experienced Industrial Specialist Cleaners to join our Workplace Specialist Cleaning Team at client sites in the Widnes, Runcorn, Liverpool, and Stoke area to support industrial cleaning and shutdown works to large‑scale industrial plants.
Responsibilities
- Perform discharge area cleaning and confined space cleaning – including open‑topped chambers, vats, combustion chambers, inside machines or ovens, ductwork, or poorly or unventilated rooms.
- Use a foam‑cleaning low‑pressure jet wash spray machine.
- Operate a Dry Ice blaster, which is propelled at supersonic speed, to lift off debris.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment in accordance with the company’s health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driver’s License.
- Essential strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge, experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and using specialist cleaning equipment.
- The ability to work within a 2‑person team and to demonstrate initiative.
- Knowledge of risk management / standard operating procedures.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures, including the use of chemicals (COSHH).
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
