Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Mobile Office Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across 4 sites in the Deeside, Queensferry, Shotton and Ellesmere Port area. Access to own transport is essential as there is no public transport to some sites with early starts. This is a Permanent 20 hour contract, working between sites. Availability required between 6am – 7pm, Monday to Friday, plus extra weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • General cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting.
  • Cleaning communal areas and office spaces.
  • Cleans toilet facilities and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap and towels.
  • Cleaning welfare areas including changing rooms and kitchens.
  • Cleaning and sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other reachable surfaces, including windows.
  • Working with cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Access to own vehicle is essential as there is no public transport to site early mornings.
  • Good knowledge, experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of COSHH, chemicals, coloured cloths and risk assessments.
  • Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage.
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
