Pinnacle Group is seeking a PFI Expiry / Handback Manager to join our Total Facilities Management team in the UK.

The role supports planning, execution and monitoring of expiry/handback activities for PFI projects, ensuring smooth transitions back to local authorities.

Reporting to the Head of PFI Expiry and Technical Services, you will identify risks, develop proactive solutions, oversee technical delivery and provide regular status updates for successful project delivery.
