Pinnacle Group is seeking to recruit a PFI Expiry / Handback Manager to join our Total Facilities Management team. This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of PFI expiry and handback activities, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient transition of PFI projects back to local authorities.
Reporting to the Head of PFI Expiry and Technical Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks and roadblocks, developing proactive solutions.
