Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing and rehabilitation site in Northampton.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. The hours will be 9am or 10am to 1pm or 2pm, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Key requirements
- Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
- Experience using cleaning machinery.
- Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
