Pinnacle Group are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Voids and Lifecycle Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, ensuring works are prioritised appropriately, aligned to business objectives and delivered in a way that protects asset value and improves the sustainability and performance of the housing portfolio.

In this role, you will liaise with contractors, manage their diaries and update the job tracker systems.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.

We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

The ideal candidate strong organisational skills and a person-centred approach, they will build positive relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues while ensuring voids and lifecycle activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with the working hours of 8.30am-5pm.

Who we're looking for

Key responsibilities

  • Track empty properties from the moment a tenant moves out through inspection, repair, refurbishment, and final handover to the lettings team.
  • Maintain long-term asset lifecycle replacement plans, using stock condition information, compliance data, customer insight and operational priorities.

Support the planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, ensuring works are prioritised appropriately, aligned to business objectives and delivered in a way that protects asset value and improves the sustainability and performance of the housing portfolio.

  • Book and manage contractors, setting strict turnaround times and monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service level agreements and contractual obligations.

Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, escalating underperformance and concerns to Voids and Lifecycle Manager.

  • Arranging compliance certification including gas, electrical, EPC & asbestos through a variety of different systems and portals.
  • Monitor Voids and Lifecycle costs against allocated financial budgets and verify contractor invoices
  • Raising orders for repair and refurbishment works to our empty homes and Lifecycle works, processing invoices for payment, assist managers with reporting information from internal systems to present a comprehensive overview of team performance.

  • Prior experience in affordable housing, property management, facilities coordination, or scheduling
  • Understanding of void property procedures and building maintenance lifecycles.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientated.
  • Ability to multi-task, pivot and prioritise different priorities.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, and excellent account management skills
