Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Head of Projects in a hybrid role to lead a national portfolio of capital investment and refurbishment works across homes and HMOs in the Homes division. You will mobilise and deliver approximately £25 million over 18 months, establishing governance, reporting and controls for successful delivery.
You will manage consultants, designers, QS and contractors, drive performance, and develop a scalable delivery model to support future growth and long-term.
