Pinnacle Group are looking for an Assistant Repairs Manager to provide operational support to the Responsive Repairs Manager in delivering repairs, compliance remedial works, and damp and mould programmes.
The role will supervise the Repairs Coordination Team, assist with workload allocation, monitor performance and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to required standards. You will liaise with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records.
