Pinnacle Group is seeking a Dispute & Compensation Advisor to manage compensation claims from failed move-ins and provide accurate advice and fair outcomes. This hybrid role involves collaboration with housing teams and RAMS suppliers, delivering excellent customer service throughout the claims journey.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, meticulous records, and a compassionate, customer-focused approach, with standard office hours 8:30am–4:30pm and three days in the office.
