Pinnacle Group is seeking a Case Handler to support the Case Management team at Speke. You will manage a caseload of families needing wrap-around care, providing daily check-ins and acting as a key contact throughout their journey.
The role requires strong organisation, customer-focused service, and the ability to handle challenging conversations while maintaining policy-aligned processes. Site-based work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
