Pinnacle Group is seeking an Income Collection Officer to join our Homes Team in London in a hybrid role. You will undertake a range of income collection duties relating to rent and service charge income for private rented sector and social housing residents, coordinating a flexible service to minimise current and former tenancy arrears.
You will work with the Income Manager and housing management teams to deliver arrears targets, using welfare benefits knowledge and effective communication.
