We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will join our Cleaning Team at a large, new build housing site in Hucknall.
Choosing to stay within our soft facilities management division means working on essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – creating clean, safe and welcoming environments with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. The hours are 10am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week. This will be a temporary assignment initially for one month but may be extended.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
Key requirements
- Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
- Experience using cleaning machinery.
- Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
