Job Description
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will join our Cleaning Team based at two housing sites in South Benfleet and Hadleigh, with possible coverage of other Castle Point area sites. The role involves general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.
The working hours are 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary assignment starting immediately, ending at the end of October, with potential for ongoing work. The role requires travelling between sites; Full UK Driving Licence and access to a private vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean communal internal and external areas including lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per contract specification.
- Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
- Sweep hard surfaces and pick litter from soft surfaces.
- Clean windows that are within easy reach.
Key Requirements
- Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
- Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle.
- Experience using cleaning machinery.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents.
