A national facilities management provider in Swindon is seeking an experienced Facilities Caretaker. The role involves ensuring buildings are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with health & safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Routine maintenance tasks
  • Managing security protocols

The ideal candidate will have general handyperson skills, good customer service ability, and a proactive approach, ensuring a welcoming environment.

This is a full-time position with alternating shifts from 6.30AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday.
