The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning offices, meeting rooms, labs, toilet facilities and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels, waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas. Your role will involve cleaning floors and work areas, as well as handling industrial equipment. You will need to be detail‑oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and within sensitive environments.
This is a full‑time position working 36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 6am‑1.30pm, Friday 6am‑12noon.
Key requirements include:
- Good knowledge, experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Prefer knowledge of COSHH, chemicals, and risk assessments.
- Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage.
- Experience working to tight schedules.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
