Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Counter Balance FLT & Bulk Loader to join our Workplace Facilities Management Team to support the main logistical operations for a on-site plant production support in Carrington, Manchester, M31.
Your role will involve preparing the outgoing shipments and receiving incoming goods by loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers using Counter BalanceFLT. Product bagging and stock location/rotation.You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
This is a Permanent Full-time role, 50 hours per week, working from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Weekday & weekend overtime is available at an enhanced rate)

Key responsibilities will include:
- Load outbound trucks/routes according to pick sheets
- Physically inspectthe product for quality before loading it onto trucks
- Position trucks in the docks for loading
- Keep the floors clean, tidy & safe at all times.
- Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy
- Plant operations clean up as required.
- Other warehousing duties as assigned.
Skills required will include:
- Accredited Counter Balance Forklift Operating licence from an industry recognised body such as RTITB
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a warehouse or on a construction site operating forklifts, heavy goods vehicles, or other industrial machinery
- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience in warehouse health and safety requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team with other staff to coordinate the movement of goods, and able to use own initiative.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
