Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to ensure our teams are providing high standards of cleanliness on site. You will be joining our cleaning team based at a large office in the Beeston area of Nottingham. Your role will involve leading a large team of cleaners that are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the office and ensuring that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained to the highest level through out clients main facility. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you., * To ensure that the meeting rooms, offices, tea points and all allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard

  • To lead a team of cleaners and organize workload and ensure shift times are kept by all team members

  • Small levels of stock control

  • To report issues and workload via our Jobwatch app

  • To comply with the service level agreement

  • To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours

We’re looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities., * Experience as a team leader or supervisor.

  • Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
