Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness for one of our residential housing sites. You will be joining our Soft FM cleaning team who are based in the Lewisham area. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
The cleaner would be responsible for cleaning of all communal areas in the property, including areas such as stairwells, corridors, landings and lifts. This is a full time position working a total of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM.
Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and dining areas.
- Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
- To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
- Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
Key requirements:
- Use cleaning materials & equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
