Pinnacle Group is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Homes Division's PAAM team. You will support the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering the Asset Lifecycle Strategy, covering void works, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacement and compliance.
The role focuses on reactive maintenance, data collection, cost control and ensuring works meet KPIs and health and safety standards.
