Overview
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a proactive Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential new build development, ensuring that responsibilities as the Managing Agent are effectively discharged and estate-based personnel are managed and supervised. This site-based role is at Kew Bridge West, Brentford. The working hours are Monday β Friday, 9am β 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Undertake regular site inspections, complete reports covering observations and remedial works required.
- Instruct contractors for repair works and verify contractor work is completed to specification.
- Obtain quotes to make good and obtain approval from the insurance company to proceed.
- Respond to leaseholder/resident enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Create and issue periodic estate newsletters and updates on the residents\β portal.
- Assist in arranging estate meetings and events with leaseholders/residents.
- Assist in managing all on-site staff including sickness and performance reviews.
- Arrange periodic Health and Safety assessments and inspections (e.g., lifts, plant, machinery, water and fire) and discharge any resulting actions.
What we are looking for
- Experience: At least 2 years\β experience of working with the public is desirable, ideally in a service-related, customer-facing capacity.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements in a new build environment.
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures.
- Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous, with a flexible approach.
