Overview
Lead, support, and develop the property management team to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all PRS sites. Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle – viewings, move-ins, renewals, variations, and move-outs – ensuring full PRS legislative and internal compliance. Conduct staff 1‑1s, run internal operational meetings, and support engagement with external stakeholders.
Manage the completion and accuracy of monthly KPI reporting, ensuring timely submission aligned with contract requirements. Support the Account Director with client reporting, including KPI documentation, analysis, and performance updates.
Promote and embed "the Pinnacle Way", driving a culture of excellent customer service and community‑focused delivery. Guide property managers on budget management, issuing demands, and reporting on expenditure in line with client and resident expectations.
Work closely with Technical Services to maintain full legislative and health & safety compliance across all sites. Collaborate with Lettings, Mobilisation, and Projects teams to ensure seamless tenant journeys, onboarding of new sites, rent reviews, and satisfaction surveys. Oversee monthly invoicing, digital service platform adoption, and local resident‑engagement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing multi‑site operations, analysing KPIs, supporting and developing property managers, maintaining high compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio. The incumbent will also manage budget oversight, leasing activities, and project coordination to meet client and resident expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, compliance requirements and sector best practice
- Proven leadership ability with experience motivating, coaching and developing property managers
- Skilled in producing, reviewing, and analysing monthly KPI data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Experienced in budget management, reviewing expenditure, issuing service charge demands, and ensuring operational consistency across multi‑site portfolios
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service and willingness to obtain CIH/ARLA (if not already held)
- Full UK driving licence

- Full‑time, hybrid working role with working hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday‑Friday.
