Pinnacle Group is seeking an Office & Welfare Facilities Cleaner to join our Pinnacle Workplace Cleaning Team to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large factory site based in Billingham TS23. Access to own transport is essential as there is no public transport on the site.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to a monthly pay with an Immediate Start.

Key responsibilities
- Cleaning cabins, including kitchens and canteen, keeping all areas clean and clearing any waste bins
- Cleaning shower cubicles and toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap and towels
- Recycling waste in the correct areas
Key requirements
- Access to own vehicle is essential as there is no public transport to the site early morning
- Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Ability to work to laid‑down schedules
- Immediate start
