Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Static Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Cleaning teams based at one site in Barleylands, just outside Billericay. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will be based on a large site that includes office, warehouses and MOT bays. The role will include basic day-to-day cleaning - mopping, sweeping, dusting and litter picking. This is an important role in ensuring a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, and operational staff. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. Driving Licence Requirement
Due to the rural location of the site, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be highly desirable. This is a temporary assignment for an unknown length of time. It could become ongoing/permanent.
Key responsibilities
- General cleaning duties - sweeping, dusting, mopping and emptying bins.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Reporting required repairs and maintenance to the manager.
Key requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
