Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable bartender to join their Premium Facilities team at a luxury, high-end housing site in Battersea.

You will be joining our Residential Property Management team based at Prince of Wales Driver, Battersea.

The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology expertise in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

The Bartender handles customer service, mixology, stock management, compliance, cleanliness, payments, and emergency assistance.

You will need excellent communication skills, bar and mixology experience, a friendly demeanour, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and ensure compliance with guest policies.
  • Prepare cocktails, refreshments, and provide creative drink recommendations.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and report low inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with Premises Licence regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar/lounge area and handle payments.
  • Verify customer identification and assist with emergency procedures.
  • Taking customer payments by card and cash.
  • Opening and closing of the bar/lounge area.

  • Experience working in a professional bar setting.
  • Mixology experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
