Pinnacle Group are looking for an Asset Processing Assistant to support the delivery of data and document management, and arrangement of delivery of services to assets.

In this role, you will maximise the use of data to drive business and operational decisions to continuously improve business performance and customer experience.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.

We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with the working hours of 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the delivery of Data Cleansing.
  • Assist of Data Entry of all updates to assets.
  • Assist the delivery of Contract Document Management.
  • Support the Management of Share Point Spaces for the asset management team.
  • Assist the management of insurance claims in relation to claims on assets under management
  • Maximise the use of data to drive business and operational decisions to continuously improve business performance and customer experience
  • Key requirements
  • Resilient and positive in a demanding and changing environment, with the capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Adequate financial and commercial management experience in an operational delivery context.
  • Agile and ability to multi-task, pivot and prioritise different priorities.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, and excellent account management skills
  • Highly numerate and detail oriented, excellent IT skills.
