Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Window Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Tulse Hill, responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.
Your role will involve performing both internal and external window cleaning duties at various residential sites around the South London area. You will also be performing other cleaning duties such as internal and external cleaning of doors and canopies. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This is a Full Time position of 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM. This is a mobile role and will require a full UK driving license.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning of both internal and external windows using reach and wash equipment.
- High and Low level cleaning duties.
- Deep cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, jet washing, dusting and graffiti removal.
- Other ad hoc cleaning duties.
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, including reporting issues/concerns, correct use and storage of Personal Protective Equipment and COSHH Regulations.
Key requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the cleaning services and use of cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH).
- Full UK Driving License.
