Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Day Shift Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site in Rocester, ST14. You will join our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team. This is a full‑time permanent role, Monday to Friday, with a choice of start times from 5 am up to 9 am, 7½‑hour shifts (37.5 hrs per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of paint booths, welding, and shot blast areas – including jet washing, floor scrubbers, high‑level cleaning and other specialist duties.
- Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools (hammers, chisels, dry‑ice blasters) in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for internal and external areas.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in line with health and safety requirements.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by Managers and Supervisors.
Key Requirements
- Experience working to tight schedules.
- Physically fit and capable of handling industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Experience with manual handling and working with substances under COSHH regulations.
- Ability to perform high‑level deep cleaning at height and work in confined spaces.
