Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead our Total Facilities Management division across seven school sites in North Swindon. You will oversee delivery of soft services, manage budgets, recruitment and training, and drive performance and health and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate has a track record in FM soft services, strong financial control, auditing and risk assessment skills, and the ability to improve service quality while maintaining client satisfaction.
