Pinnacle Group is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to lead our social value commitments, aligning with our ESG Framework. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about creating sustainable impacts for communities and the business. Based in Holborn, London, with a hybrid working model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) and occasional travel.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contract managers and stakeholders to maximize social value from suppliers and partners.
- Establish and manage a network of external social value partners across the UK.
- Collect, analyze, and report social value data using TOMS framework.
- Identify risks and opportunities through regular reporting.
- Work with teams to improve social value strategies.
- Create content and case studies to promote social value initiatives.
- Coordinate objectives in the annual social value roadmap, ensuring alignment with TOMS measures.
- Promote best practices and support awareness campaigns.
- Enhance reporting with the Data Analytics team.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
