Pinnacle Group is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to lead our social value commitments, aligning with our ESG Framework. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about creating sustainable impacts for communities and the business.

Based in Holborn, London, with a hybrid working model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with contract managers and stakeholders to maximize social value from suppliers and partners.
  • Establish and manage a network of external social value partners across the UK.
  • Collect, analyze, and report social value data using TOMS framework.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through regular reporting.
  • Work with teams to improve social value strategies.
  • Create content and case studies to promote social value initiatives.
  • Coordinate objectives in the annual social value roadmap, ensuring alignment with TOMS measures.
  • Promote best practices and support awareness campaigns.
  • Enhance reporting with the Data Analytics team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with local agencies and charities.
  • Report writing proficiency.
  • Knowledge of social value legislation.
  • Data analytics skills for social value metrics.
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Environmental management qualification or ESG background is advantageous.
