Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of buildings, mechanical and gas services, associated systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures and to participate in a rotating shift pattern and the out of hours on call rota. You will be joining our Total FM team based in Slough. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best. This is a full time role with a shift pattern of 8AM-4PM.

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

  • PPM and remedial plumbing works
  • HVAC inspections and repairs
  • Changing filters on air conditioning systems
  • Completing all regular safety checks
  • Regular testing of fire alarms and water temperature
  • Checking of emergency lights, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and communal lights

Key Requirements

  • Good understanding of all aspects of M&E
  • Good knowledge of health & safety
  • Experience using CAFM systems to receive jobs, update records, and close work orders.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills to liaise professionally with school staff, site managers, and FM teams.
