Pinnacle Group is looking for a Police Custody Cleaner to provide and maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities.You will be joining our Blue Light Facilities Management Cleaning Team based at theBirchin Way Custody Suite– Grimsby DN31. Own Transport required due to location and shift pattern
Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard throughout the Police Station. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
This is aPermanent Position of minimum 16 hours per fortnight workingalternate Saturdays & Sundays + Bank Holidays atBirchin Wayfrom9am-5pm
Plus, there is the expectation that overtime will be worked to cover annual leave and sickness at other Grimsby-based police stations ( to be discussed at the interview stage)

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Clean and maintain all areas to standards required to meet the Authority requirements, including:- Cleaning Communal areas, Custody Suites, Interview Rooms, Cells & Vehicles
- Adhere to strict protocols regarding biohazards, infection control, and contamination
- Ensure appropriate PPE/uniforms are always used during working hours.
- To take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor.
Key Requirements Will Include
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning tasks with the knowledge of colour coding, manual handling, COSHH& Health & Safety
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team, and be able to demonstrate initiative.
- Own Transport advantage due to working Sundays & Bank Holidays
- The appointment for this role will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check
- You must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
