Pinnacle Group is looking for an Early Morning Police Station Cleaner who will provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the Northallerton Police Station – DL6. This role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors throughout the Police Station. This is a permanent role of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting either 9:00 am or 9:30 am, with a 3‑hour shift each day.
Key responsibilities:
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures, and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
- Cleaning of changing rooms, toilet facilities, and hand basins, and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels.
- Cleaning the tea points and the kitchen area.
- Removing waste from internal litter bins within offices and meeting rooms.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas, including barrier matting.
Key requirements:
- Evidence of honesty and reliability, with a sense of pride in professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Adherence to safe working practices, ensuring the safety of office staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.
- Successful completion of a Non‑Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check and residence in the UK for the last 3 years.
