Overview
Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14. (Transport Essential)
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Role
Your role will be to handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, including cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full Time Permanent Night Shift working 4 nights per week, Monday to Thursday 5.30pm to 4.30am (Transport Essential)

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area and will involve; jet washing, floor scrubber drier, confined space cleaning, high–level cleaning other specialist cleaning duties
- Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools, including hammers, chisels and Dry Ice Blaster, in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Waste management– collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
