Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Night Shift Catering Assistant to support our catering operations in a staff canteen. You will be joining our on-site Catering Team based at Deeside Industrial Estate CH5.

This is a Permanent Role 20hrs per week, working a Late Night Shift – Monday to Friday – with some flexibility on start and finish times, and these shift patterns will be discussed at the face to face interview. Transport is essential based on the late shift patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the food and beverage service areas attractively and hygienically.
  • Assist in everyday food preparation and cooking in the kitchen as required.
  • Serve all food and drinks to the highest standard using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
  • Have a thorough understanding of food and beverage concepts, advise customers and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Under guidance, ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas has products correctly priced, labeled, and in date.

Qualifications

  • Catering experience is preferred, and Level 2 Food Safety is an advantage
  • Flexible and able to work in a multi-service team
  • Vending and barista experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene, Natasha\\\’s Law, Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
  • Transport is essential based on the late shift patterns
