Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning teams based on our NHS contract in Southampton, Basingstoke and Portsmouth.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

This position will involve traveling to different NHS sites (surgeries, clinics, health centres, offices and other facilities) to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management.

You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

Hours for this position will be 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday (hours will vary).

Due to the mobile nature of this position, a Full UK Driving Licence will be an essential requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving company van to and from sites.
  • Cleaning of internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, kitchens, etc.
  • Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Key Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
  • Must be flexible and able to do overtime and late nights.
  • Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
