Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Assistant Partnerships Account Manager to support the delivery of commercially focused services, help strengthen collaborative client relationships and contribute to achieving strong operational and performance outcomes. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with operational teams, asset management, mobilisation, finance and income recovery colleagues to ensure services are delivered effectively, consistently and in line with client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, good financial acumen, excellent organisation and communication skills and hold the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. A proactive, adaptable approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer and client outcomes are essential.
Our Central Services team provides expert support across our business – from governance, compliance and business development to finance, marketing, HR, and IT. By partnering with our frontline operations, they help drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement – all in support of our mission to Transform Communities, Change Lives.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with the working hours of 9am-5.30pm.
Key responsibilities:
- To assist the delivery of KPI performance reporting packs working closely with both the operational teams and account management team to deliver within stakeholder deadlines.
- To assist the delivery of streamlined processes for regulatory reporting to enhance performance reporting.
- Develop, promote and maintain strong relations with internal stakeholders and internal teams.
- To assist the operations team on service provisions once pricing schedules and leases have been set with any agreed management contracts/leases to allow the mobilisation manager to onboard the assets and operations to effectively manage such contracts efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
- To raise and monitor revenue streams within contractual agreements for services inclusive of monitoring and ensuring uplifts are increased when due.
- To oversee all regulatory requirements are being completed (rent reviews, TSM surveys, results, compliance, damp and mould reporting and tracking lessons learnt).
- To oversee and ensure that the operational teams are delivering against action plans for schemes such as resident engagement, tenancy visits and rental uplifts.
- To manage and complete monthly invoicing across the revenue streams and assist the account management team with compiling month end commentary as required.
- To attend internal or external stakeholder meetings if/when required on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience within the property sector, ideally residential property, housing, or estate management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and departments to achieve shared objectives and deliver excellent service outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, residents, and partners.
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to analyse information, identify issues, and ensure accuracy in reporting and administration.
- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, or invoice management would be advantageous, but is not essential.
