Pinnacle Group is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the PAAM team, supporting the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering the Asset Lifecycle Strategy across voids, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacements and compliance.
You will take ownership of reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across PAAM properties ensuring all works meet contractual requirements, deliver value for money and adhere to health and safety standards.
