Pinnacle Group are looking for a Head of Technical Services to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of maintenance, compliance and asset services across Pinnacle Group's Homes Division.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Director for Homes, the successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary technical services function responsible for statutory compliance, repairs, maintenance, lifecycle investment and voids programmes across a diverse portfolio of more than 20,000 homes.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.
We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a technically credible professional with strong social housing, property services or maintenance sector experience, capable of providing assurance across complex compliance, building safety and engineering obligations.
