Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be leading our Grounds Maintenance teams covering NHS sites in Southampton and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep whilst also ensuring standards are being met, training new members of staff and leading by example. You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. Hours for this position will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Regular site checks to meet with staff and ensuring work is being completed to the correct standard.
- Liaising with clients and dealing with complaints.
- To undertake a range of horticulturally based maintenance activities including the cutting and strimming of grass, hedge cutting, pruning, planting and weed spraying.
- Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery and maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
- Ensuring trailers are attached safely and as instructed and comply with legal requirements.
Key requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with towing trailer.
- Experience of gardening and gardening power tools.
- PA1/PA6 Pesticide Licences (essential).
- Chainsaw Licence (desirable).
